The FLOR type system uses a custom-designed display font called “FLOR Mono,” which appears as the logotype. It is built from the square, the key element to FLOR’s creative rug design process.
Each letter fits snugly into a structured, staggered grid, as seen in FLOR logo variations and accent words.

All instances of FLOR Mono should set with Metric Kerning. This can be set through the Paragraph Style Options or through the Character Palette.
In order to maintain the modularity of FLOR Mono, tracking should always be set at 0.
In order to maintain the modularity of FLOR Mono, it should always be set solid, meaning the leading will always equal the font size: 72pt font size / 72pt leading.
